ED CHEWNING, ACCOUNT MANAGER

Ed received a B.A. Degree in History and Government from Wofford College, Spartanburg, South Carolina.  His background includes more than thirteen years in Materials Management with Square D Company, Easco Hand Tools and EG&G Rotron.  Ed is married to Win Anne Chewning and they have five children.  After Co-Founding Carolina Recruiters in 1986, Ed specializes in the HVAC/Refrigeration, Automotive, and Aerospace Industries.    

  DICK CRAWFORD, ACCOUNT MANAGER

Dick received a B.A. Degree from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington and a M.S. in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University. His background includes more than thirteen years in Employee Relations and Human Resource Management in both Government and Manufacturing sectors.  Dick is married to Mary Crawford and they have two grown daughters.  Since the co-founding of Carolina Recruiters in 1986, Dick has specialized in the Outdoor Power, Power Tool, Pump, and Valve industries.

LYN DUDARENKE, PROJECT COORDINATOR

Lyn joined CRG as administrative assistant in 1996. The past four years Lyn has been a project coordinator specializing in the lawn & garden and power tool industries and working closely with account manager, Dick Crawford. She attended the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. Prior to CRG, Lyn spent more than ten years in administrative capacities within manufacturing industries. This, combined with her recruiting experience, helps to fill the needs of her clients. Lyn's goals include a progressive growth toward a rewarding career as account manager.

LINDSAY CRAWFORD, PROJECT COORDINATOR

Lindsay attended Spartanburg Methodist College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She spent over three years in the banking industry before deciding to enter the search profession. She joined CRG in August of 2000. Her goal is to become proficient in client need fulfillment, and eventually move into an Account Manager position.

CHARLES HIPP, PROJECT COORDINATOR

Charles graduated from Clemson University in May, 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.  After working the summer of 2000 in the Orangeburg office, Charles decided that a career in recruiting was what he wanted.  He started with Carolina Recruiters in June, 2003 as a Project Coordinator working closely with Account Manager Ed Chewning.  He hopes to grow in the industry and eventually move into a role of Account Manager.
