On a time-available basis, identify Candidates
and conduct preliminary screenings. Match
potential Candidates to the profile, position
and cultural requirements obtained within Step

Conduct screening, competency and cultural fit
interviews. |

Presentation:
Present Candidate's
credentials. |

Interview:
Candidates and clients are prepared for
interviews and de-briefed following each

Offer and Acceptance:
Assist with verbal and written offer
negotiations. Coach the Candidate about the
resignation and counteroffer processes. Manage
the offer acceptance process. |

Follow Up:
Maintain communication with all parties to
ensure satisfaction. |
